We requested for our pool to be maintained for the season. They charged approximately $3400 for this service. They opened the pool and just started putting chemicals in the pool and wondered why the pool was not clear. They finally got it cleared but couldn’t understand why it was dark in the deep end. It wasn’t until we had someone come out to look at it that it was discovered what the issue was. The pool needed to vacuumed and they never figured that out. They took money for work that they did not do. These are pictures when they were just putting in chemicals and after we had someone else clean the pool. If you’re in a business you should know these things. This is why we hired them and they failed.

Called several weeks ago to ask about coming to look at my pool heater. Said they would call back they were busy opening pools which I understood. They never called back at all to schedule to come out to look at my heater and its been several weeks now since I contacted them.

I highly recommend Jason and his My Pool Guy company! They have been taking care of my pool for 4 years.
