I’ve had a great experience with this company! Mike has repaired my GE Monogram refrigerator twice over the past years. Both times he repaired it quickly and professionally. Very happy with his work!

I had Chris repair my Whirlpool Duet Dryer today. He was so efficient and knowledgeable ! He had the problem diagnosed in less than 10 minutes. He left to get the parts and was gone about 25 minutes. He returned and did the repairs, cleaned up, His charges were extremely reasonable, and he came on New Years Eve in the afternoon. Then he went to a neighbor’s house without an Appointment and fixed her refrigerator. What a great guy! I highly recommend Chris for all your Appliance repair needs.

Went through AHS for a dryer repair. Mike...the service tech for My Tek Services was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the make and model of my machine. He diagnosed the problem while thoroughly inspecting all parts and functionality. His report back to AHS resulted in a positive resolution of my dryer problem. I was very satisfied with my overall experience working with My Tek in general and Mike in particular.

Great company to deal with, everyone was very pleasant and communication was wonderful. I had the dishwasher from hell that had a mind of its own. Technician Mike was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. More than one service visit was needed due to complexity of the problem, but Mike didn't shy away and finally resolved the issue. My Tek was sent out by my home warranty company, but I certainly would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody needing appliance service. Great job Mike and My Tek!
