We have been using your services for the past year, and unfortunately, our experience has been consistently disappointing and unacceptable. Throughout this time, services have been repeatedly untimely and unreliable. We frequently had to reach out just to find out when scheduled weekly services would be completed, and on many occasions, services were either missed entirely or only partially completed. At one point, we were even told someone could use a weedwacker to cut the lawn because no proper crew was available—an unprofessional and unacceptable solution. Despite numerous issues, we remained patient and understanding. However, the quality of work continued to decline. Bushes were cut haphazardly and damaged, grass was torn up by what appeared to be inexperienced crews, and mulching—c
