Extremely disappointed. They did work in our nursery. They left behind numerous bolts (I’ve found 3 so far but didn’t think to take photos until after I’d thrown the first 2 I found in the trash) and small pieces of the tubing they cut off the wiring on our floor, did not clean up any of it, and I caught my infant eating the bolts. Thankfully I was sitting right with her and pulled it out immediately. Less urgent: They also didn’t bring their own ladder, so they took mine out of the garage without asking, and when carrying it into the house slammed it into the fridge. Furthermore, they left to go grab a new ceiling fan. When they came back, they did not knock or anything. They just let themselves into my home while I was alone with my 2 young children.
