Myers Flooring - Atlanta

We had a great experience with Myers. Their prices are competitive, their selection is fantastic, and their new store is incredible! We worked with Cassidy and she was absolutely wonderful – always very helpful and quick to respond to our questions and needs. The warehouse staff was also friendly and helpful whenever we wanted to see in-stock carpets. Overall, it was a positive and seamless experience from start to finish and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Myers again.

Incredible experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service from each employee that we interacted with. The installation team was punctual, efficient and friendly. Sales team made the process super easy and clear. They have soooo many choices in a pristine warehouse. I would recommend Myers Carpet to everyone!

I was helped immediately and shown around the store rugs that were in my price range. They were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They loaded the rug into my car and I was given an amazing deal on my new rug. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Myers!!!

I walked in, no appointment, Martin at the front desk said there was no one who could help but to walk around and he would send someone. I watch as he chats it up with a sales person at the front desk and then a customer walks in and the sales person helps the customer who just walked in. I ask Marin about it - he said there is no one who can help me, so I left. So frustrating, I just waited 20 minutes for someone to free up to help me.

I was warned by my designer that Myers Carpet has a reputation for not having the warmest store associates, however, the three times I visited this location both with my designer and without I was always given help when requesting it and the front desk associate was as friendly as she could be. The selection is great and Myers has everything from budget options to the high end. Plus, their installers are the best in the business - we have used Myers in multiple properties for the last 20 years and the installation has always been perfect, which is something to worry about especially when installing carpet.
