Jeff Myers is the best! They've been building brick mailboxes in our subdivision and the work has been phenomenal! The price was very reasonable and the quality of work and professionalism was outstanding!

I hired Myers & Heard Masonry to install bricks on all four sides of my home. I previous had siding on my home. Jeff Myers and his crew did an awesome job on my home. Wanted to share my experience with Myers & Heard Masonry. The company is owned by Jeff Myers & Roger Heard. I reached out to them about some brickwork I needed done on my house. I was moving one window and adding another. I needed the exterior brick removed and put back to match the rest of the brickwork around the windows of the house. A small job and one that most companies would prefer not to take on. Jeff called me back promptly. I explained what I was trying to accomplish over the phone and sent him a picture of the exterior wall. He called me back with a quote for the job, and we quickly landed on a price. Called and spoke to Jeff about coming out to my home for a quote on Monday. He said he would come out the next day at 1pm. Waited and waited. No show, so I call him and left a voicemail. He finally calls me back hours later and didn't remember who I was but soon after I reminded him then he said.."oh yeah, I remember now, sorry I forgot about our appointment! " So he says "You want me to come out tomorrow say 9:30 in the morning? " I agree and say that's fine. Now it's Wednesday morning, my husband and I are up waiting.... 9:30 comes and goes. At 10:00, I give him another call and had to leave another voicemail asking if he is still coming by. Hours go by with no return call. Around 3:00pm I call again, no answer and I didn't leave a voicemail this time. About another hour goes b

This company totally screwed me over. They did my brick and mortar repair job and it was horrendous. The mortar was 100 shades off from the rest of the house. They did not answer the phone when I called, but when I called from another phone number they'd answer every time, and then promise to come out and blew me off each time. My house was under contract for sale and this had to be done, and they did not meet their obligation. They got paid and took my money and ran (checks only, no credit cards so I have no recourse). Learn from my lesson, find someone else.
