My order has been in processing for over a month now. This would be completely fine if they disclosed up front that their overseas vendors may take some time, but it is a little frustrating when I expected them nearly a month ago. I have spoken with a representative, who was very apologetic and sincere, and I am hopeful that my items will ship soon. If they do, I am happy to update this review to reflect. I am always rooting for companies like this to succeed given that Amazon is typically the competition. As a small business owner, if I could humbly provide feedback for the company, it would be: 1) Full disclosure of the potential for longer lead times given their product sourcing. I bought 5 corner chrome self adhesive shower baskets. My shower is new construction and I cleaned my porcelain tiles very good but after 3-4 months they couldn't hold just 2 little shampoo and conditioner bottles and one by one falls down.

placed my order on January 31! it is February 22. Still have not received my order. Shipping with this company really sucks! My order is scheduled to finally arrive tomorrow February 23. My project has been held up due to lack of communications and service by my knobs. I do not recommend them for anybody to use. their shipping skills are the level of a fourth grader!!!

love the quality, but be prepared to recieve your purchase in 15-30 days. Their processing takes a long time. The product is beautiful and really really sturdy. At least the items i am buying. I have bought approximately 15 of the brand we like and need approximately, just over a hundred of different size rockers. We are in a remodel one room at a time. i expect it will be june 20206 before we get them all, but the end result will have our home looking show room amazing.

Horrible customer service. My contractors erroneously drilled 6 inch centers, instead of 4 inch centers. Honest mistake as 12 other cabinets had 6 inch centers. I asked for a credit since I had to purchase 6 additional handles now to accommodate the wrong holes. They refused to work with me on the exchange. Quite disappointing. There is no viable reason to not accept the return/exchange as the product is still available. Take your business elsewhere.
