I got my floors done in December 2021 but am just now getting around to leaving a review. Carlo did my initial consultation in the showroom in Charlotte and Richard worked with me afterward to ensure I was kept up-to-date on the timing of the work. 3 guys worked on my floors and were done in one day (~600 sq ft of carpet was pulled up and replaced with LVP). The pricing was reasonable and the work was stellar. I would recommend this company to anyone. 2.5 years later and the floors still look incredible!

We loved working with this company. Carlo came out for the initial estimate and from that moment on we knew we wanted them to do the job. The people are professional, timely and great at communication. Rich has been a great project manager and made it easy for us to know each step in the process and what we need to be prepared for. Prices are extremely affordable and reasonable for the amazing work their team does. We had carpet taken out and hardwoods installed to match our current hardwood floors. Gus was timely and helpful on the drop off of the materials and for our final sign off. They paid extremely close attention to matching the colors and just left after a walk through to ensure the job was properly done. Thank you for all of your work!

Used the company to replace old carpet with laminate flooring. I love the flooring but felt like there was scrapes along the molding and they left my bathroom pedestal sink unattached (i have to remount). Carlo was great to work with when looking at the samples, although I didn’t like that they didn’t offer samples that you could bring home and look at. The pricing was lowest as I got a couple quotes from different flooring places.

We purchased our house in Oct 2018, and we knew we were going to need to replace old carpet in the master bedroom and bonus room. We weren't moving in for a couple of years so we had to plan the installation to coordinate with one of our visits. Evelyn was super helpful, and we decided we'd shoot for the following April to get an estimate. Right on time, she called in April and set up an appointment for Carlo to come by to help us. During that visit, Carlo took measurements, and helped us decide on the product that best fit our needs and budget. Incorrect installation lead to mold and damage to wood subfloor. According to manufacturer, SHAW FLOORS, “Do not apply sheet plastic over wood subfloors.” This is EXACTLY what the installers at MYNEWFLOORS did. Despite their incorrect installation, Rich and Tom at MYNEWFLOORS will not refund the thousands of dollars I paid them to purchase and install these floors. They are standing behind the install by stating the fine print in the contract. Nevertheless, my home is filled with mold, and the floors are destroyed because they installed the plastic over wood subfloor. DO NOT deal with them.
