This is my 2nd time using MyNewFloor. They do great work and are easy to deal with. Fair and honest pricing. Not pushy at all. Carlo helped us pick out the right material, color, and flow of design. I will definitely use them next time as well.

My new flooring for the entire house was installed about a week ago. I live out of state therefore the entire process required a lot of trust and professional advice that was initially delivered by Carlo who helped to virtually chose the right and best materials, color, etc. He professionally and patiently answered all of my questions, concerns and provided a very reasonable quote for the project. Next I was contacted by Thomaz who took over, navigated the installation, and supervised the entire process. With the same patience and professionalism he was in constant contact with me, answered all my questions and concerns, sent pictures and updates.
