Good parking option if the mall is extremely busy and you don't want to walk far. You must first reserve a spot through their internet site. Then, you simply roll over the fold-down sign in the reserved parking place. Innovative idea but it seems to be largely underused. Guess most people hesitate to lay out the $3 or more when free parking is just steps away. These spaces are located in the AMC garage area by the escalator entrance.

Very quick and extremely affordable especially on Saturday in Paramus. I love the app. Lifesaving when you don't go round and round looking for parking or want someone to valet your car. There is also two more locations at the Garden State Plaza - one is by the Tesla charging and Parking Deck II (second level by the DJI store entrance). The first one is free CHECK THE PROMO CODE ON THE SIGN.

They charged my credit card for parking when I did not even use the service. I attempted to get into contact with them several times by different means including their e-mail (Contact Us) page. They never responded to address the issue.

Can't even book or check availability. Worse app/website I have ever used
