We really enjoyed working with John Piccolo Wignall and his wife Terri on the purchase of our manufactured home. They kept us informed on the status of construction. John paired us up with a job site contractor, who was also wonderful. From start to finish all involved were great at communicating with us, fair with us when unexpected expenses arose, and completed the project in a timely manner. I highly recommend JPW Development Co on a project like ours!
