My wife and I moved into a new home in Nocatee's Coastal Oaks community in October of 2013 and we have been using Mystic Waters Pool Service to clean our backyard pool on a weekly basis ever since our pool was built five years ago. They are a first class operation and their hands-on owner/president, Michael Jarriel, is as knowledgeable and helpful a pool guy that you'll find! When contacted, he responds in a timely manner and has always taken care of any pool problems/issues that we've had. He is incredibly courteous and customer focused - along with his son, Noah, who is also very hands-on when it comes to handling pool issues of any type. I have had my pool serviced my them for about 6 years now, as of Dec. 2016 I am not pleased with there work and not returning phone calls. I have tried to contact them by way of about 6-8 phone calls over the past 3 week period with voice mail every time and by email have not heard from them. There service has been sporadic since Dec. pool has turned green on several occasions since then. As of today I have stopped there sevices. Called my card company that I had set up with auto payments to stop further payments. Also am sending them a notice by way of snail mail. Very disappointed in there service. Do NOT Recommend. Would give them NO stars if I could?

This has got to be the worst pool service in the area!! Use to be a great company till the new owners! Our pool has gone green to many times to count! The owner is never aval and never called u back. The office lady never calls back or answers the phone. We have since changed service and already paid for the month and no one will answer the phone or the email or anything so they have taken our money and left us with a jacked up pump/filter that now leaks water and won't stay primed! Would never recommend this place to anyone steer clear of these lazy pool people

Their only good reviews are from the employees and their spouses. Fyi about the employees, you should do back ground checks on all of them including the owner. His employees aka his son whose 23 and his son's roommate whose 40- they are drug addicts (( i have proof and would be happy to share it!)) The 40 year old is violent and a thief! Avoid this company and hire one with clean , drug free employees.. Employee Joesph Green , actually stole lawn equipment and tools from my house and is refusing to contact the officer. Again I have proof of the 2 employees talking about purchasing drugs through text messages that went to my phone and about getting messed up and proof of everything in my review. The owner of this company is a CROOK. He cleaned my mother's pool and then when I asked him REPEATEDLY for an invoice so I could pay him he kept telling me he would send it but never did. THEN HE PUT A LEIN on my mother's home and tried to extort me for not only the exorbitant fee but also his lawyer friend's fee who was doing the legal work for the lien for free. It was a HORRENDOUS experience that forced me to retain my own lawyer in order to fight him. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
