Usually good quality! But they dropped the ball during this last snowstorm January 17 & 18, 2022 when we got a foot of snow. I switched to Norm's snow service a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied. I recommended Norm to 1 of my neighbors with good results the last few years, and this year, I recommended him to 2 more neighbors. They plowed once early Monday morning, not at all on Monday during the day, while my neighbors' services plowed at least twice during Monday's heaviest snow. They plowed again early Tuesday morning. One new client ended up snowblowing his own driveway. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I hope they make more of an effort the rest of this winter.

I entered into a snow plow contract with this company. After the blizzard, I reached out to find out their ETA on when they could clean my driveway. No response...and no responses at all until four days after the blizzard only to tell me sorry...no information on when they could come or what was going on. I even told them that I was running out of food and needed to know when I could get out. I finally had to pay $250 to have someone else clear my driveway so I could get out and buy food. I understand and appreciate that the situation was difficult, but there is no reason to not communicate in these circumstances.

I use this company for my 85 year old mother who lives alone. She constantly has to call, with NOONE who ever answers the phone, even during business hours. She leaves messages, I leave messages and yet no one answers. She is currently stuck in her home and can not get out of the house for a week now- to take her garbage out or anything. I consistently have to go over and shovel her out. She has a contract with them for shoveling AND snow removal and they come to do her neighbors but not hers. She, nor I have ever been nasty with them nor not 100% paid on time and in advance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Skipped my house today. Plowed out my neighbors with this service. Have made several calls ...no response. Driver past my house about 45 minutes ago. Didnt stop. I am not a new customer. I do not recommend this service or company. They are not the company they were several years ago. Update: 2/5/22 I have called cudeck again this morning, 6am, 8am. Left messages, calls prioritizing as per answering machine. No response. I am now in the process of finding someone to clear my driveway, as I am unable to due so myself. I paid cudeck in good faith. They failed to deliver and fulfill their contact. Please.....think long and hard before you hire cudeck for any services. They are NOT the reputable business they once were.

After speaking with Norm, and him assuring that our previous difficulties will not happen again, I have removed my previous review. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt going forward, and don't want him to receive any more bad publicity over our situation. They did in fact do a stellar job the previous 2 seasons for me, and even longer than that for my grandparents which is why I began using Norm in the first place. We are all human, everybody messes up now & then, its how we respond to those mess ups which truly defines us.
