N-Hollywood Handyman Services

Tech never showed. Called spoke to Eric said he would have the tech reach out to me. Called four hours later spoke to Robert who would investigate and call back in five minutes. An hour later I called a spoke to a female but I don’t catch her name. She claimed the tech had been trying to reach me, I had no missed calls and no voicemails or text messages. She just made more excuses and said the tech would call within 10 minutes. Called 20 minutes later and spoke to Fred. Everyone was gone for the day at 430p so he took a message. Zero communication from this company. I had a list of things they could have handled. I guess my money is no good here.

Did not show up within widow. Did not call. When I called to check was told by Erica that the tech, Shawn should have called me. When Shawn did call, he said he’d be there in 30 minutes. Did not show 45 minutes later. I called Shawn AND Erica. Both said they would call back, neither did. Calls to both go to voicemail. No explanation or apology offered at any point. Just terrible business.

I called N-Hollywood Handyman Services after seeing reviews. The company responded quickly and gave us a quote. Handyman was excellent, a good quality worker. He did a variety of things such as fix doors, patch holes, etc. Nothing major but work that needed attention. It was good workmanship. I have referred him to others already.

Very happy with their work quality.
