NW Poole designed and installed our complete end to end solution (well pump, tank, water treatment system (including iron filtration) and clarifier). The team is very proactive, efficient in installation quality is top notch and price is very fair. We appreciate and support local and family owned where we know we will get a response/callback with any questions and/or modifications required on the work performed. Shout out to Robert who was our single point of contact: excellent customer service, great attitude and honest. Very refreshing to find a company where they do what they say they will do.

Chris was wonderful in helping me procure a well cover to replace my broken one. When delivered, Alex, Corey, and Tanner went above and beyond in making sure everything was adjusted so that it fit. Thank you so much.

I was a bit hesitant when I read some of the one-star reviews. Our water was off and they were the company that was available the earliest. We thought we would have to wait until Tuesday but they called early Monday morning and said they'd be here around lunch time. Two techs came and evaluated the entire system. Our pump was 19 years old and, as suspected, needed to be replaced. They did the work in a very professional manner. I requested some additional work; the installation of a digital well monitor, a larger tank and a replacement well head cover. They had everything on the truck. We're very pleased with the results.

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever hired to do work. As a woman that owns a company, and owns her own home independently and is the actual client to NW Poole my requests for a invoice, insurance, and license have not only been denied via verbally but also over email. They seem to only want to deal with my "husband" who isnt the home owner and is not the customer. This company never sent a formal estimate or a price breakdown, their quote changed so many times in the span of minutes and I still do not even have a total or a detailed invoice, the job was left incomplete. The workers left me and my dogs without water. They did not put my well cover back on, which is (cement and heavy) because they did not bleed the well, or turn the water on. Knowing well that I could not

I called to get assistance with my well. They recommended a $4300 well clean out which I paid for and received. The results were next to minimal. After a week with no results I called and expressed my disappointment. They admitted that they knew the clean out was not successful. I had to call them 2 more times before they finally came out and took a water sample. At that point they told me the well clean out wouldn't help my issue. They then proceeded to offer me a $300 credit if I purchased a $7000 water treatment system! I received a quote for half that amount from a licensed plumber. I again reached out to express my request for a partial refund which they have denied. It has been an awful experience and I feel they completely took advantage of me. Beware, I would definitely NEVER recom
