Nachon Lumber and Doors

Great selection of solid wood doors with custom jamb sizes and hardware available. Better quality than home-depot doors in the same price range.

I wanted to replace the internal doors in my home so I researched several local lumber companies. I ended up choosing Nachon because the prices were good and the reviews checked out. I chose well since the service was excellent both when ordering the doors and after having to return with one that was slightly too wide since I was trying to get away with not having to get it cut. Gina in particular went above and beyond the call of duty. I am in the process of doing many renovations to my home and if others had the customer service I received here then it would be a much more pleasant process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

The attention to detail, the amount of patience throughout all our questions and the knowledge of Gina was amazing!! I didn't know how much detail goes into picking doors, knobs and hinges. Definitely supporting a Family owned business is the way to go. Knowledgeable staff, plenty of brochures and samples made the selections visible. Learned a lot!

Extremely disappointed at this company and its lack of Customer Service. We paid in full for an impact door and were extremely patient, waiting three (3) months for a door that was supposed to be delivered in one (1 month, 4 weeks). The company didn't event bother to follow up with us and we were chasing them to get an answer. We feel this a lost cause after the lack of care and respect. I want to thank Gina and the girls that work alongside her at Nachon Lumber for all the help and support that they’ve provided us during two major home remodeling projects this year. We could not have completed the work without their expertise and attention to detail. Nachon provided the best quality doors and building materials while maintaining a competitive price and timely delivery of their products. I wouldn’t think about it twice…use Nachon Lumber!
