Nakielski Construction

We used Nakielski Construction to help bring a new vision of our backyard to life. We knew we wanted our deck replaced, a new patio added, and privacy fence for a spa. Before any work got started Mark was very easy to talk with about what we were trying to achieve and was very helpful at making it come to life. Once the work started he kept us updated throughout, was very responsive to any questions/concerns, and the job was completed in a very timely manner. The final result is something we are incredibly thrilled with and would gladly use him again for any of our projects. Even after the project was completed we needed assistance with moving a spa that was delivered to our driveway to the backyard and he gladly sent his crew to assist us.

Mark Nakielski Construction and his crew just finished up on our house. Leveled out the porch and top deck, which was WAY out of level, new footings and replaced the deck boards. All new custom made railing on all the 3 decks. It looks amazing. They also replaced the roof, added a gutter and all the facia boards with cedar. The project took almost 3 weeks to complete. Mark's attention to detail and thoughtful input make him a true craftsman. He stuck to his timeline and worked hard to finish before the holiday weekend. The clean up of all the mess from the construction and especially the roof was great. It was like they were never here. We recently contracted Nakielski Construction to do demolition, shower wall panel installation, and floor tiling for a partial bathroom remodel. We highly recommend Mark and his crew. Knowing this was the only full bath in our 125 year old home, he worked with us to estimate materials, and came up with a work plan that would fit in a 5-day week, including allowing time for a plumber to come in just before the start of work and just after the end of work. Mark's crew completed the work very professionally and on schedule, to plan, and to cost. The shower panels were fitted exactly to the wall, ceiling, and existing openings. My husband saw an ad for Nakielski Construction in a coupon book and gave him a call about replacing our windows and remodeling our master bathroom. Mark was timely about meeting with us. He was easy to talk to. He listened to what we had in mind. And, he was very professional and knowledgeable going forward to complete the job.
