Jennifer was courteous, understood importance of what needed to be addressed, and scheduled Ruben to come the very same day! We were kept updated via texts regarding his arrival time. Everything was done in a timely manner. He also went above and beyond what was expected. Ruben had to crawl in attic and he left no debris when he was finished. He was very personable and addressed what needed to be done immediately. We would highly recommend this company to others. We were not given a bill; however, based on past experiences with this company we have no doubt that it will be very reasonable.
