Jon is absolutely AMAZING! I hired him to inspect the flooring that was installed by another company, because I was concerned that it was installed incorrectly and the flooring company was being dismissive of all of my concerns. Jon picked up his phone at 7pm when I called to leave him a message, and he was able to come out the next day around 5:30pm to look at my flooring. He and his wife showed up to my door wearing masks (properly, I might add), and they were so incredibly tolerant of the overly-enthusiastic behavior from my 60 pound lab-mix.
