In addition to being very dependable, she is a lovely, good-spirited and positive person. Communication by text is easy and timely. Erika and her team provide an excellent "move out" service. We were transitioning from one renter to the next and this really made the apartment pop. Even the new renters commented how great the place looked. The process starts with transparent pricing and a very clear pamphlet detailing what's included in visit. They arrived on time and worked methodically through the apartment. The fridge and stove were especially well cleaned. Highly recommend this cleaning team.
