This local, family run business (Nampa Garage Door Co) by far exceeded my expectations. They are very personable, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. Very conscientious and safety oriented he thoroughly explained what his process was, how he serviced the door, the hinges,the bearings and so on. Farron explained in detail what we should look for in case any additional adjustments may be needed. Plus he was delightful. I would gladly highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door service.

Nampa Garage is great!! Farron came out on time (actually a little early, which was great), fixed what needed to be fixed without trying to oversell. He explained everything clearly, we got a fair price, and a good warranty. Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely use this company again. Love that they are a small, local company!

Cable broke on my garage door. Called one place that couldn't make it out till the next day, called another place that took me to a call center in WA. Then I called these guys and I'm sure glad it worked out that way. They were able to come out the same day and get me fixed up. Farron came out and got my cables replaced and everything back on track at a much better price than competitors. If you're looking for a company you can trust to shoot you straight, local, with fair pricing and quality work; I'd recommend them to anybody.
