Obvious they have extremely poor leaders and no ethics the way their drivers drive. Sitting in a turn lane and the semi driver had no clue how to drive and cut it too short. Had to lock up his brakes missing the front of my car by inches with his raised duals. I was kind and started backing up despite his idiocy. He floored it and accelerated quickly again missing my door by inches instead of waiting for me to clear. You might think this is just drivers and doesn’t reflect on work quality. I guarantee it does. With repeated complaints on Google about their poor behavior and there is clearly no change indicates the owner has no moral compass for his company and more than likely engages in very poor workmanship

I deal with Nampa paving mainly for dumping broken concrete, rocks and dirt at the meridian pit. Ideal with Stephanie at the office and she's really helpful.

Nampa Paving trucks regularly throw rocks on the freeway from uncovered gravel loads. Their trucks have hydraulic tarp covers, but drivers don’t bother using them. It’s careless, dangerous, and cost people windshields—this is easily avoidable if they took 5 minutes to tarp their loads. It shows a real lack of regard for the community they operate in.

These guys get on the hwy before cleaning the loose rocks off their trucks with unsecured, uncovered loads of sand and rock. The gravel falls all over the hwy at 65mph, busting peoples windows out and causing chips and dents in vehicles. Make sure if it happens to you to hold them accountable! They are liable if the rocks are coming off their trucks regardless of their "Not responsible for broken windows signs"

I certainly can't say I've ever used Nampa Paving, and may not ever have the need/opportunity. What I can say, though, is how I'm always impressed with how good your trucks look whenever I come across one. They are usually quite clean and the colors...that Blue/Gray combo...is Outstanding 🏅. Best looking trucks around (and they're Kenworth's..and that was Dad's favorite ones to drive back in the day). Well done!
