I contacted this place about snow removal around 9am and asked if they would be able to come and clear my driveway. He said yes and would be at my residence by 2pm. 2pm came and went, I called and texted one time each with no answer or response or call back. No wonder the reviews are so bad.

NO SHOW. NO CALL BACK. NO TEXT BACK. They showed up to one of our three properties. Plowed one tiny section said they needed salt and they’d be back. Never came back to salt or plow and didn’t even show to our other two sites. Left us completely out to dry and won’t even call or text us back. Will never be using again

Company was hired by Terrace East Condo Association for this fiscal year. They started out strong with many employees on the property and attention to detail. That changed quickly. The past few appearances saw one or two employees to mow, trim, and clean up the large property. They were very underwhelming and missed many areas of cutting, trimming and cleaning up. They have recently quit and broke the contract. I would not hire this company if it were the last company left to do any type of lawn service or landscaping. Lack of accountability. I had to click one star or it wouldn't let me post.

I run a landscaping company in the area this company often , bids on the same jobs. They never produce licenses for the work , or produce the right insurance for snow or irrigation work. Don't hire unlicensed or uninsured contractors. Its easy to be cheaper when you do everything wrong. These companies hurt the real contractors who carry all the right paperwork

Nando’s is the BEST landscaper I’ve used in Sedona (13 years of trying different landscaping companies). They pay attention to the little details that most companies overlook… leaving your property looking fresh, well groomed, and complete. They do a good job. Definitely a rare gem in the industry. The owner and staff are also high quality individuals who truly care about what they do and how they do it. VERY grateful to have found them.
