Frank at Naples Flooring is exceptional. He's a consummate service professional and made himself available any time we needed anything and in a perfectly timely manner. The floors are gorgeous. We haven't moved in and started using them yet, so I cannot comment on their wear or durability, but based on what we have seen so far, I am optimistic. The installation was seamless. We had a nice entry detail added to our design and everything is beautiful. We chose the Rosina floors.

Frank worked with us and our GC allowing the entire process to be painless from choosing replacement floors to scheduling and completing their part of our renovation project. We are extremely happy with the clean, professional installation and with the final product which included two “chevron” design patterns that look beautiful.

I worked with Frank Bennett to have it shipped to Michigan to be installed during my remodel. Frank was extremely responsive and helpful during the entire process and my installer said it was some of the best wood he has ever handled.
