A rock came off their truck on highway 12 and broke my windshield. I called their office. They told me the rock must of came off the road. I watched it come off the truck and bounce off the road before hitting me. They are going to leave me with the bill. The only recourse I have is to file a complaint against their DOT number for unsecured load.
