Rhonda is always friendly at the front desk and the other office staff is great too. The folks in the back take their time and help you load your supplies and make sure you have what you ordered.

They're cheaper than other metal suppliers but they have poor attitudes. I stopped using them years ago for this exact reason. Recently I did work for a customer that supplied the materials. First they sent panels without trim so the job couldn't be started. Called and asked about the trim and they acted like if we wanted the trim we would have to come get it ourselves. Then they sent a cleat that wouldn't work with their gable trim. When I called they basically told me to deal with it myself. I'm not sure if they even understand the system they are selling.

First time dealing with this company and I could not be more pleased with both their product line and delivery service. I had to cancel the first delivery due to sickness and they were more than willing to reschedule around my time. Each time I have called, I have reached my rep. or they returned the call immediately. I initially contacted Gerry concerning bar joist trusses as they are not available locally in my area and after reviewing their prices on the remainder of the materials, I opted to purchase the entire building package from them as they had the best prices going. With all of this they more than willingly delivered this shipment over 200 miles to me in central NC. What else can one ask for???????
