I would recommend Nate’s plumbing! They are thorough and always available. Anytime I had a question or concern they were quick to respond. They were there within a few days after my main water line broke and I had running water within a few hours. They were quick and cleaned up after. Even after the job was done, they were still there to answer and guide me through anything and everything. Nate, the owner is a genuine and honest guy and has a great team of plumbers and receptionist.

I have 30 years of experience in mechanical contracting and service, so I don’t say this lightly — Jake from Nate’s Plumbing absolutely stood out. From the moment he arrived, Jake was professional, kind, and incredibly thoughtful in how he approached what was a weekend emergency. He took the time to think through the situation and chose the best solution with the least amount of intrusion, which I really appreciated as a customer. Nate’s is a family run business. They were able to come to our house, the day we called, during normal business hours. Ashley used her good customer service skills when I called and she was pleasant to talk with. Chuck, the installer was excellent. He augered the toilet and installed a new one. Horrible experience with this group. Jake came out quickly after we called, was pleasant during the experience. He came out to "fix" a pinhole leak in pex tubing, but after seeing the hodgepodge of scrap pex he connected I was worried it wouldn't last. Some of the pieces looked very old, when I asked him why he didn't use new pieces he said it would still last. Well, it lasted a little over 1 year, and they only warranty for 1 year. After speaking with them about the faulty work they refuse to come back out. Live and learn, Nate's plumbing is not the right plumbers for repairs, maybe they do better work on a new install.
