We are so happy we called Nathan! Their customer service was so friendly, they got to us quickly, and I am blown away by how much better our floors are! The tiles are multiple shades lighter and the grout went from dark and gross to light and nice. The house feels so much cleaner overall because the floors are so much nicer. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I LOVE Nathanʻs! This is my third time using this company and whatʻs especially important is that they use natural products which are safe for my family and pets. Their prices are great too. Nathan always does an amazing job. I wonʻt be embarrased anymore to have guests over or grossed out by my own couch. Thank you!

Nathan was late and came in with a negative attitude. He was extremely rude. When I asked to help move some of the nightstands out of the bedroom, which had glass on the top. He said, well I didn’t allow time to be moving glass around. Then when I asked about moving the dresser, he didn’t want to move that and said it was too much. He said he allotted 2 1/2 hours to clean. The cleaning consisted of a small 12x14 bedroom carpet and steam clean the drapes. He then rudely said you’re gonna have to move all that stuff in the living room so I can clean the drapes. I need space to work. He told us that we should leave the unit because we wouldn’t wanna be standing around watching him do this & he needs space to work. We initially contacted Nathan’s Natural for a couch cleaning job. We were able to get scheduled fairly quickly given it was around the holidays. On appointment day Nathan arrived on time and got to work right away. The products they use for upholstery have a delightful smell and we like that it’s natural. He did such a great job on the couch that we also scheduled another appointment to clean our powder room tile, one rug, and our stairs. He was running early that day so he called to confirm whether he could come early, and he got the job done in no time at all. I would (and have already!) recommend. Thank you!
