Hank was just really helpful and all the people in the store were wonderful to work with. The product is better than I expected. Very reasonable priced. The installers were very great to have in my home. They definitely know what they are doing. They made sure to clean up after themselves. Just an overall good experience. Would definitely recommend them

The man named Todd was very impatient and rude I took an elderly lady there to pick out 10 small squares for her house he made her feel rushed and when she asked for help his reply I normally don’t do this and helped pulled one out and sit down and watched her pick up all the heavy pieces for the remainder of 9 and took her money and my $5 (just trying to be nice) ushered us out the back door😡

Had five rooms and a hallway done by National Carpet One; three rooms the first time and, because they did such a good job, two more rooms and a hallway the second time. I can't thank Hank enough for accommodating the job in Mississippi. Him and Jimmy, who laid the flooring down, were great and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
