11//26/25 Jonathan/David came through for us. After a rocky start with National Chimney Solutions, they showed up and got on it. Sent their best and most experienced technician Norman. Norman assessed what was wrong and fixed ASAP. I will recommend National Chimney Solutions. They came through and showed us quality work and professionalism. The most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with They are one very small legitimate step away from being a bunch of con artists. Everyone from, Danielle the secretary, the MIA owner and no show laborers, everyone is highly incompetent and should not be in this business. It's been three weeks and they have yet to finish what should have been a four hour job. Instead of repairing they've caused damage to my chimney. Just ask around a bunch of clowns and the worst option available. Call literally anyone else it's just about impossible to go any worse than these guys. Would give zero stats if I could.
