National Floor Center

Stopped by. Staff very nice and helpful. I picked out an expensive tile for my bathroom. Staff took my info, was told the measurer would contact me within a week. 2 weeks went by, never heard from measurer. I called the store and asked what was going on. Soon I heard from the measurer. He came and measured and said I'd hear from the store regarding the quote in a few days. Its now been over a month, never heard from the store. I don't know if they have a prejudice against me personally or if they feel they will not make a lot of money off of a bathroom job, and feel my small bathroom job is not worth their time and effort. Either way, they lost my business. I will not ever recommend this store to anyone, and I don't understand the good reviews because I got nothing but very bad service.

The staff and owner are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had trouble making decisions but they helped me out and we love our new bathroom.

Overall great experience with National Floor Center. My wife and I spent many weeks considering options and getting samples (lots of choices available) and everyone was very helpful. We also opted to have their installer put the floors in and the installers were also knowledgeable and did great work.

Great service, highly recommended.  the pricing was better than the big box stores and the service is exceptional,  we have gone to the store late and Rob stayed past closing helping us make last minute changes, very helpful and great advice on tole choices and pricing.

We had a great experience with National Floor. Staff was always friendly and accommodating even when they were busy. We took home many samples before deciding on backsplash and flooring for our kitchen. We could not be happier with our choices! Thanks Robert!
