Called at night. Guess the employe wasnt too happy working nights. Got annoyed easily if questions werent answered fast enough for her likings. Asked where the tank was. Tryed to explain its on side of house.She cut me off abruptly... Is it in FRONT ? At one point she said..Im trying to talk. Schedualed a delivery, but thought about their customer service and cancelled. Shes loosing customers for the company. Wont recommend to friends.called Ariba Oil, very friendly, went with them.

I always come to this gas station , one of the gas guys goes to my store on Norfolk st they say the close at 8 i ran out a gas i begged the guy to pls help me. He was so mean and rude then came this guy w a hat on and he deciced to help me. ! But the other guy was so mean but Ahmad came in and saw me stressed out and decided to help me thank you there’s still good ppl on this earth

I wish I can give less than one star review but sadly, I can’t. This company came and installed oil into the wrong oil tank behind my home & I’ve had no heat and no hot water for over a week, I paid $580 for installation and now they want to charge me $195 per hour to pump out the oil from the wrong tank into the right tank. I’ve now had to contact the county in order to get this issue resolved for me and my two small children (aged 1&3) because now the company is refusing to answer the phone for me as well as for my property manager. This company’s negligence is now costing my children their lifestyle. As now it’s cold out, im forced to use space heaters & and continuously microwave water to do basic things for my children such as bath time and washing bottles. This company is a complete

Just switched 2 weeks ago and I find I couldn't have picked a better replacement for my old oil company. National Fuel oil has great prices and always ready to deliver so that you will never run out.

Jumped on real quick to post a thankful review for a National fuel and their service team...As I'm reading some of the comments, I'm reminded that nobody's perfect...Except Jesus. We all can experience some challenging interactions with one another. How do we respond? Are we peacemakers or complainers? Can we see it from the other person's point of view? I have had mixed experiences and choose to focus on the better ones. You can too! These servicemen are experienced professionals and I've learned so much from them. I am very pleased with my service and the kindness I experienced from most of the staff. May God Bless the peacemakers and forgive the tresspasses.
