National Furnace & Air Conditioning

Sal and the team are the gold standard in contractors, in my opinion. The team recently installed a new natural gas combi boiler with the additional task of removing the old oil burner and tank. I can't stress this enough, after years of working with multiple contractors, and experiencing good and bad, I would have to say National Furnace would get the award for best contractor I ever worked with to-date. This viewpoint is because of all of the things you would expect when contracting, the price was right and fair, the job was scheduling in advance and the start date held, their arrival time every day was consistent, the work was efficiently and of great quality, and they're very pleasant people! A+ service. I received an email letting me know that my service person was on their way. He arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got to work. He was efficient and explained how to use my new thermostat.

Had a great experience - technician Jeff was punctual, polite, and very professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and get our AC back up and running in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable the repair was. I was also impressed that they were able to send someone to come out the next day, and their office staff was also very friendly and helpful. We hopefully need any further repairs for a while, but when we do we will definitely be using National Furnace and A/C again and will recommend them to friends and family!
