National garage door service

Technician Niel came and fixed our hockey stick on our garage door. I tried numerous times to fix myself with no luck. Niel fixed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend them for service and will call them back moving forward.

Ben and David arrived at our home on time as scheduled and did their assessment of what was required to repair our garage door. They completed the job and the garage door works flawlessly. Absolutely call!!!!!!! as a single mom. My garage door broke and I called the name that was actually on my garage door and they couldn’t come until the next day at a very inconvenient school without pick up time. Johnny came within an hour and a half of calling, fix my garage door cut the extra wires that were hanging And was out within 30 minutes! Professional super fast absolutely give them a call

As a small business owner I normally do not leave negative reviews but my experience with National Garage Door Service (NGDS) was way less than ideal. I reside in Orlando & my garage door was operational but every so often it would shut about a foot or two and then stop. I considered this a possible safety issue and googled local companies. I called NGDS on Tuesday 9/2 and the receptionist/dispatch was quick to respond and send someone to look at the door later that same day. Fantastic! That is where it all started to go south. The technician (Itamar) arrived that afternoon asked me what it was doing & looked at it for less than 5 minutes. He informed me it was an internal antenna & that I needed a whole new unit for $850.
