Customer service was great. Tech /Scott was even better. Quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Very friendly. After resolving the issue, I asked for a quote to replace garage door and he provided a very quick estimate. Will likely have them install a new garage door given their responsive to my service call. Our neighbor had his garage doors installed by National Overhead Door a few years ago. He was very pleased with the quality of his doors and the professionalism throughout his experience. We had the exact same experience. Don and Kieth were excellent crafts men and very professional the entire time they spent working on our 2 garage doors. I recently received the best birthday gift every. The National overhead door truck pulled up to my apartment, my family purchased an automatic garage door opener for me With this terrible winter I was having problems putting the key in my frozen lock to open my garage door, also some days the winds was so strong it was difficult to push the door up. Mike who installed the unit was wonderful. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the remote and keypad. Next winter I'll be able to stay in my warm car and just press the button and watch my garage door open for me. Thank you National Overhead door.

Keith arrived on time and did an outstanding job of explaining to me what he would be doing. At the end of the job he walked me through how everything operates. He did a very good job cleaning up Keith is very polite and very knowledgeable. I was impressed.
