National Rent-A-Fence

I want to fully inform other residential property owners considering this company for fence rentals. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The company first installed fence panels that left large gaps between the bottom of the fence and the ground. Since I have a dog, containing my pet was my primary concern, and these panels were not acceptable. After I raised the issue, the company agreed to switch to a chain-link fence. However, they were unable to install it due to the size of their posts. I do appreciate that the staff remained professional and made an effort to accommodate my needs. When I called to request a quote and possible date and time to have over 300 ft. of temporary fence installed, the young lady on the other end of the phone identified herself and the company, as expected, but went out of the way to enthusiastically help me and explain the entire process to me. We set up a date for the install even before I was able to prepay (the next day). The driver called me about a half hour before the delivery, just as I was told he would and they arrived and had everything done in less time than it took me to purchase two chains and locks. I’d never hesitate to not only highly recommend them but use them again for future projects.

I had used your service last year while working at Kitsap RV. We had about 500 lineal feet delivered and everything went smoothly. That is why I called you to do the job at Sumner RV here in Bremerton. But, I have to tell you, I was not thrilled with the install. The guys were courteous, got right to work and seemed to know what they were doing, BUT, as you will see from the photos attached, there were a few details that left a bittersweet taste on the install. First, I don't know if fastening the temps to existing fence on each end is part of the deal but we are ordering the fence to keep people out.
