Terrible experience dealing with them. They mix up invoices and charge the whole month even the equipment was picked up before the month started. They should pro-rate the amount and not charge for the entire month.

Just want to share my experience with this company: 1. their monthly billing cycle is 4 weeks instead of 1 month. 2.when pick up, they don't call you to schedule the "time" and you suppose to clear your driveway/access the whole day cause they don't know when they will be coming. 3. you will be billed 250 if they can't pick it up for any reasons (again, they won't call you for the time). 4. Calling the manager is useless cause they are super busy and they don't care 5.They said they waved the trip fee and just charging me the monthly fee is cheaper already. Good luck to everyone's construction project.

They did everything possible to make life as difficult. They were completely unprofessional and double charge my contractor. Whatever you do go with any other company but these guys. After months of double charging my contractor they sent him to collections after he kept telling them he one ordered and received one rental (toilet). Do not use them and spare yourself time and save your money. Plenty of other companies out there that are much more customer service centric.

At first they were great to work with, however, when calling to have the portable toilet removed it took 3 weeks, multiple calls, 3 failed promised removal dates, a lot of time on the phone (on hold and no call backs), and a frustrated client of mine (who repeatedly called me wondering why the toilet was still in their front yard) . Doesn't National understand their actions, or lack of, reflect on my business? To top it off I had a credit due and they charged my checking account for the last month when I had a full month credit due! Called and emailed them (again) and still no reply. There in the service business so one should expect service.

or years we have had notes in our file that states our trucks come in and block the unit and cannot be serviced so they must come before 2 pm Mon thru Fri. They started moving days around without informing us, they started coming at 7 at night according to their records, and they started coming on Saturdays. Finally, after 3 weeks of no service and modification or way to remedy the situation, we canceled service and they came out at the appropriate time and removed the unit. I then received bills for the time period I received 1 service and the entire month after they had removed the unit. They then sent us to collections and wont take a reasonable settle of half the month we had the unit on site. They are now threatening to mar my record because they have terrible scheduling.
