National Seal Coating & Paving

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. Was approached by Ben while I was doing yard work. Was quoted on sealing my driveway with a 5 year warranty. Came and sprayed an amount of sealant that’s not possible with the truck he brought. And charged me 3x the quoted amount. Sealant almost immediately started coming back up on the driveway. Been in contact with Ben for over a month and almost weekly promises on coming back to respray just to get last second excuses on why he hasn’t shown up. Now will not answer his phone. Do not recommend this company to anybody. Absolute joke!!

Now for the pictures of how they left my business. I have set up and torn down my patio four times with loss of revenue in summer beyond belief. Trust me DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Horrible service. 3 weeks late from original promise date and signed contract by both parties. They showed up today with not the correct equipment to do the job. Upon arrival tried to tell me ii was going to be 3 times what the signed contract stated. Spoke to the owner Mike. He told me the crew (1 person) was taking a “quick” break for gas and that his wife needed meds. I waited 1 hr and they never returned, no phone call or communication. They skipped town back to Chicago and left me hanging after breaking down my patio twice with loss revenues from not being able to use my patio. They left 1 hr into the job claiming the needed lunch, they told me they would be back in 20 mins. They never came back and said a family member passed away and couldnt finish the job. Only until I had to call

I agree with the negative reviews of the customers of National Sealcoating & Paving. Experienced similar situation which received their company's flyer. It was Benny Reed who came two months ago who performed the crack filling and sealcoating of our driveway. He sprayed hot rubberized asphalt after pouring black sand to the cracks and charged me nearly a thousand dollars for the service for a 2-car garage driveway. A week after, I called him because I was dissatisfied with his service. Cracks were still evidently noticeable. Also, the filling-up of asphalt in-between the gap of the concrete garage floor edge and asphalt driveway edge were not yet undertaken. Banking on his 5-year warranty job called and emailed him several times and left a voice message but not returned my call as well

WARNING!! ***WARNING*** This company is a scam. All of their positive reviews are written by the owners. Rocky came and gave me a quote for a roof job and a guarantee. He did nothing that was promised, used materials for flooring on my roof. First big rainstorm that came in roof started leaking from all spots. Rocky was no where to be found. I paid $3000 for absolutely nothing. He promised a 5 year guarantee I got maybe 5 minutes. Seriously beware this is an outright scam.
