Tim was absolutely amazing to work with. He went above and beyond in helping me. He communicated with me throughout my entire transition into my units and was very kind throughout the entire process. 10/10 recommend this place!

Great service. Nice clean facilities. Easy to get in and out. Good security. The convenience of managing my rental online was a huge plus. Staff was always very friendly. I only moved out because I moved away.

I want to leave a good review because the front desk guy is very nice. However, I am incredibly unhappy with my experience here. I rented my storage unit for give or take 6-7 months. In that time frame, my rent spiked from $40 to $70 with no notice or reasoning! 75% spike! And when I called the front desk/customer help and asked about it, I was told “oh we aren’t planning to have anymore rent spikes”. I went in person and the guy told me (before I told him how much my rent spiked) that rent would never exceed past 30% in increase within a year. He said he would follow up to help and I never heard back. Tried to call back several times and was redirected to customer help where they told me I was SOL. Unbelievable. Amazed at how easy and simple it was to get a storage unit through them. Although I didn’t see a single employee, the gates are passcode protected with plenty of cameras throughout the facility. I didn’t opt for their locks but to my surprise, there was one already on (combination) and one (keyed) inside the unit. This definitely elevated my experience.

Megan made my rental process easy. Everything was covered quite well. I however had problems contacting a person in the office when I had questions, but finally got through to the office manager. Overall experience was good. I would use this facility again and recommend others.
