The lack of professionalism and courtesy from the sales representative who works the show room was very disappointing. Communication skills were lacking. Customers should feel welcomed and informed. They should not be treated in such a way they feel they are a burden for walking in to spend their hard earned money. Products are great and the men in the parts department are helpful and kind.

Super disappointed in the service here. I ordered a tub, faucets and a drain. Over two weeks later, when I expected to be receiving a call that my order was in, I got a call from the lady that was helping me saying my order would but another 2 months. Since I have a demoed master bathroom, waiting two months really isn't an option. While I can understand supply and demand issues, I was most unsatisfied that the lady told me she knew about this a week prior but was "got too busy" for a 90 second phone call. We left the conversation with her researching other items I could get faster. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing....

Nice showroom with plenty of plumbing fixtures to choose from. Sales people were very helpful in helping us select exactly what we wanted. Better than the big-box stores.

I bought a larger tub from this establishment with the understanding that they would store and consign the tub I was taking out. I spoke to Kathleen at length. After I had already paid and picked up the tub, they refused to take the other. No integrity.

Helpful, took the time for us, informative, and knowledgeable. Thankful for this place.
