Took forever to get a hold of someone on the phone. When I finally spoke to someone, he was super disrespectful. I had called with some questions about the warranty and he belittled me multiple times whenever I asked a question saying that “I didn’t know what I was talking about” “shut up and listen” etc. Of course I don’t know, that’s why I was calling. Quite an unfortunate experience in terms of customer service. In terms of workmanship, my roof started leaking after about 2 years… super disappointing roof work for a new home. Wouldn’t recommend.
Nations Roof was recomended to us by a fellow veteran. I must say that they are professional, knowledgeable, and great communicators. I am satisfied with the stellar service we received!!
