Nationwide Flooring did an amazing job on my luxury vinyl glue-down installation. They were honest, experienced, and handled all the floor prep with total professionalism. The final result is flawless, and their pricing is extremely fair for the quality delivered. They also installed the vinyl cove base perfectly. Great customer service. I’m very happy with the outcome and highly recommend Nationwide Flooring in Eau Claire!

I bought 1700sf of lvp from Nation wide.. We had a large amount of issues with the planks due to installation issues. None of these issues were Nick and Nationwide's fault at all. However, they went to bat for me and did everything in their power to find what the issue was and correct the issue. They ordered extra floor at no cost to me and they brought in a professional flooring person to repair the floor to perfection.. even though ,they had nothing to do with the initial install. I could NOT BE HAPPIER.. I would give a 10 star review if I could.. amazing and very kind people.. they have my business from here on out..

This review might be a little long. I apologize ahead of time. I started working with Nationwide well over a year ago. I own a memory care facility in the southern part of the state. I had gone to several flooring companies and decided to go to Nationwide to just see if I could find carpet that would work with the residents we serve. My thought was to then order from a local supplier in Madison. However the customer service I received from Nationwide had me want to work with no other company. Becca was incredible and very patient with me. Since I work with those with dementia, I had to be very selective with durability, pattern, and color. I would go in every few months, choose samples, take them home, ponder, only to return them to her and say, "I don't think this will work."
