Nationwide Parking Ramp

Used this ramp for attending the World Food and Music Festival on Friday and loved it. Multiple elevators means not having to wait much to use them. I feel that I had the perfect parking spot and I was on an upper level. Short walk to the lobby/elevator area. Fast elevators. I had a very short walk to the Festval. Although I didn't use the Skywalk, it's just right there connected to the parking ramp. I plan to use this parking ramp every time I'm in that area of Des Moines. Ample signage was truly appreciated since I'm not from the area and was unfamiliar with just about everything. In other words, it's a fantastic parking ramp for people who are new to the area. It may be more expensive than the city-owned ramps, but I find parking here to be much easier than those. There are always open spots not far up the ramp and the direct skywalk access is convenient. Facilities are very clean too

Nationwide is NOT on your side with this ramp. Despite advertising free parking on weekends, you'll get charged $2/hour. City-owned ramps are half the price, so I'd recommend parking elsewhere if you're able.

This is the best longterm parking in the city. Jim and the staff are wonderful. I’ll keep parking here as long as I live downtown.
