We paid $12.99 to park here for two hours, stayed 63 minutes and still received a ticket for $97.00. This company makes ZERO effort to confirm that you have paid. As you can see we paid within 4 minutes of pulling in, signage indicated you have a 10 minute grace period after pulling in. Luckily we paid with Apple Cash so we had our receipt. We have disputed the ticket, and will update our review when the company responds.

Everyone who warns you about this place is 100% correct. Not even worth it trying to deal with their "customer service reps." If you're thinking about parking here, stop, just leave. 1) I parked here and paid for 2 hours. As I was trying to leave, the parking lot is so small and cramped that it took me 10 minutes just to get out of there. 2) Within a few weeks, i get a letter in the mail asking me to pay $97 for being 10 minutes late! How crazy is that? I paid for parking and am now being fined for "being late." 3) Tried calling them to resolve. They outsource all their phone calls so you can never talk to someone in Denver, it's always someone from a different country. My experience here was good. It’s a clean lot and easy to get in and out of, in terms of traffic. I was correctly charged for my time in the lot, and it was easy to pay with their QR code. There were also plenty of cameras in the lot, which I appreciated.

DO NOT PARK HERE! They are scammers. Sent me a $97 ticket after we paid to park Awful company.
