Melyssa Noren is very professional & a pleasure to work with. She designed our house & apartment kitchen and bathroom cabinets. The end result is top notch! The black kitchen cabinets are my absolute favorite. All of the cabinets are very modern & sharp looking. The quality of workmanship is excellent! Native Oak's installation crew worked very hard to make everything seemless, including great effort to install & redo some areas which needed touch ups. The cabinets definitely have the look and feel of quality, they are quite utilitarian, spectacular to look at, and they're absolutely beautiful! Native Oak's entire team's service went well above our expectations!!! We certainly recommend them! Thanks especially to Melyssa! :)

I love working with Native Oak! I am an interior designer and have worked with many cabinet makers throughout the years and I have to say Native Oak is my favorite. Not only because of their quality work, but also because of the ease of communication and their willingness to go through every detail with you. Specifically working with Melyssa, one of their in house designers, has been a major lifeline to my business. I’m looking forward to many more projects to come!

We worked with Amanda at Native Oak to convert an old bedroom closet to hall cabinets, and reface old hall cabinets to match the new ones. The entire experience was exceptional. The price was a bit higher than a cheap Lowe’s diy kit, but Native Oak was really able to maximize the space and we ended up with about 40 cubic feet of extra space around the edges that would have been lost with box kits, but Native Oak was able to design around. Amanda was very thorough, gave us good estimates and we were happy with the pricing. The cabinet makers really know what they are doing and helped refine the design a few times due to challenges with the existing home. I’m a bit of a nerd on construction and building and Amanda let me walk around the shop with my boys and wife to see their process. 10/10

Our home here in midtown Ventura was built in 1946 with the original kitchen cabinets, which we loved. After a leak in the kitchen, we were very upset that they all had to be removed. Every contractor we spoke with wanted to replace them with typical new style cabinets which is just not for us. Enter Native Oak. From the start of designing them, to the finished product... which included adding the same style cabinets to our existing bathroom, we couldn't be more happy with their professionalism and most importantly, quality of their work which is exceptional. HIGHLY recommend.

I have been a General building Contractor since 1986. I have worked with several cabinet manufacturers over those many years. Some good ,some not so good. But Native Oak stands out and above them all. The quality of work is excellent, the scheduling is truthful, which is very important to me. I can trust when they give me a delivery date it is good. They will not promise to deliver when they know they can't. The finishing on the cabinetry is beautiful. Melyssa is a joy to work with. My only small complaint would be Sometimes she is difficult to get in contact with and slow to respond. However with all the projects they are juggling, this is very understandable. I would highly recommend them for all your cabinetry and mill work needs.
