I had Native Septic redo my drain field, The price was reasonable, the work seemed to be genuinely good and the folks treated me well. However 2 years later the field failed. I contacted them and they seemed concerned, stating that they never had one fail. They tried to fix it by shocking it. I thought that worked but it had not, the field has failed, the water backs up through the lid. I contacted them back, told them how I thought it was good, but it turns out it was not. I was told I would be contacted back, but never was. I have tried to contact them several times via text and then email, no reply. I give them one star for their customer service and communication. Otherwise I give them 5 stars for their work and pricing. You be the judge, I am stuck out in the cold now with no recours

These guys treat their customers like family..Property Preservation Specialists! This isn’t the big name company that comes to work on your property and disregards the conflicts involved in the project.( landscaping, driveways, irrigation, sidewalks, gardening, traffic, schedules, etc..) This is the Company that you hire to fix your Septic Issues and Respect your property like Family. The family at Native Septic are True Advocates of Septic Customers everywhere. They’re extremely honest and don’t attempt to sell you a bunch of products and gimmicks.. They educate and inform, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had such a pleasant experience with Native septic. They replaced our drain field. You can really tell they cared about our property. They we're are also available to answer any questions I had and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
