They cut in front of everyone who had been waiting since 9 a.m. for the Pokémon release, then jumped over 15 people at checkout like it was nothing. If they cut lines this easily, I can only imagine them cutting corners on the job site. That’s not just rude, it’s reckless. If this is the type of person you hire, then Native Sun Pools is telling the public that values and integrity don’t matter. Customers notice—and they remember.

Native Sun Pools restored my faith that there are conscientious, hard working, honest, on-time and resonably price contractors still out there. Tiffany the owner, chief technician, and customer interface runs a great organization. I decided to add a pool heater to my system. And called Tiffany about my options. We settled on an NE55 Nirvana heat pump. Native Sun Pools provided a quote to me overnight after I provided site information and photos. They stood behind their quote even though I introduced some delay into the project. Then when installation was deemed ready, the time was scheduled. Native Sun Pools arrived on time, delivered the heat pump, put it in position, hooked all the plumbing and electrical and I had a working heater in about 6 hours. Tiffany did a great job. T
