⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had to have my HVAC system completely replaced, and Natural Bridge Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job from start to finish. Their pricing was very fair, they were honest and upfront throughout the entire process, and the level of service was excellent. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. It’s refreshing to work with a company you can truly trust. I had Natural Bridge Heating and AC replace an aging system with an all electric high efficiency system. They were very easy to work with and did a great job. It was a big job and Donnie had the entire crew working on it so they could get it done in one day.

Donnie and his crew at Natural Bridge Heating and Air did a stellar job replacing our outdoor A/C & heat pump and replacing the furnace under the house. Not only did they work through 95 degree heat, they worked efficiently and quickly. In addition, they ran 2 new lines into our addition and moved our intake from the floor and moved it to the wall. This took custom engineering and precise measure to fit the new vent into the wanted space. They also re-secured all the other duct work with straps to ensure the best results for our cooling and heating needs! Their dedication and skill showed through, love the end result.

Natural bridge heating and air install mini splits in October and the units great, just has a question about one of the units and the owner Donnie Shanks was at our house in less than an hour, explained what was going on and gave me materials to solve the issue my self and didn’t charge a service fee.
