We decided to walk into the showroom one day as we were considering a privacy fence for our home. We met Craig at Natural Enclosures and he was patient and extremely detailed with his walkthrough of what they can do based on our vision. Craig also described to us that they can work with Home Depot which was a big plus for us. So we moved forward with this project. While the lead time to get our install scheduled took longer than we initially expected, the final result was absolutely worth the wait. The delay was no fault of Natural Enclosures Fence Company, we were waiting on a resurvey to ensure property lines were accurately marked, photographed, and filed with the county courthouse for legalities in regard to compliance and conformance. I had a great experience with Natural Enclosures Fence Company. From the start, Jason (salesman) was very polite and professional answering all of my questions, coming to my home and doing the measurements twice to make sure I was satisfied. Craig (materials and scheduling) assured me that they would be able to do the job before Thanksgiving. Jose and Filepe did an excellent job installing the fence. Craig and TJ (quality control team) came back to inspect the fence installation and made some adjustments. They assured me if I have any other issues they are just a phone call away. Jayne and Shannon (customer service team) were extremely helpful with processing the paperwork. I highly recommend them. My fence is beautiful! Great job!

I’ve had an amazing experience with natural enclosures! The work is amazing Derek started the deal and showed me what I wanted and TJ who is amazing sealed the deal and inspected the work to make sure there was satisfactory!!! The work was so good my neighbors wants a fence! Thanks to you guys I got what I needed for my home. If you are in the market look no further. Stop and call this company. All done in one day!!! They were so warm and welcoming at the office. I loved their professionalism. Everyone was very informative, and all of my questions were answered. When the workers arrive to my home, they worked very diligent installing my fence. It was completed in one day. Despite the cold weather, they were set on completing my fence. The work area was clean, and the crew was very professional. I was also impressed with the follow up the next day. I love that we found Natural Enclosure Fence Company. The entire experience was awesome and well within our budget.

5 stars! Highly recommend Natural Enclosures! We hired them to build a pool compliant fence with some awkward areas under the deck that needed fencing and a gate. Natural Enclosures came through and did a great job. They were easy to work with and stayed within the quote and on time when weather allowed. I had one small thing I needed fixed about a week after and they fixed it the day I called. Fantastic customer service from the day I walked the property to get a quote through project completion. Will hire them again for future project needs!
