I admit I have trust issues, so it took me a bit to adjust to John's super easy-going, laid back vibe. I had NO reason to doubt anything. Every deadline was met, every promise kept and the pricing was great. The install crew did such precise work and they left my home cleaner than when they started. Have already recommended Natural Flow and will continue to do so.

Janet, John and Kristen made this expensive investment in my condo non stressful. I was told at the final inspection by the city that they have a great reputation for installing quality products in a quality way. Which I found super impressive. If you have to replace your doors, you have found the right folks to work with in my opinion.

Natural Flow has great people working there. I knew it would be done right and it was! They took out our French doors and installed impact sliders. We live in an old house so nothing is ever straight. They did the job perfectly! They also removed some awning windows in my kitchen and installed some impact windows which were also done perfectly!

I’m in the real estate industry and will promote and refer Natural Flow Windows, and Doors any chance I get. My home is a 1994 home. I broke one of the patio sliding glass doors. I spoke to several companies, all of whom immediately went to the quote of me purchasing a brand new complete set of new slider doors so much so that I thought that’s what my only option was. This company came quickly for a quote. He said he could replace my glass and gave me a quote for that. I did not have to ask for that type of quote. He matched the type of window color of glass. They took the measurements and saved me thousands of dollars replacing the glass only. I truly appreciate, a company that is more than just about the easiest most expensive way to do something. We cannot say enough about this company. Their service is above and beyond expectations. They installed two sliders in our condo. The installation was superb. We had a few minor adjustments and a missing screen. They ordered the screen quickly and came out to install it. We would highly recommend this company. They return all calls!
